My name is Florentino M. Acosta and I live in Juneau, Alaska.Photography is my passion and poison.I had my first camera when I was 14 years old and developed the love affair since.I never consider myself a "Professional",although my friends thinks that I am since I own a big camera. I have done several weddings but work assignment is hard to come by as I don't pursue it seriously. But I shoot a lot of landscapes and nature images and jsut about anything.

I was a videographer before I switched to photography seriously.I was a film photographer before I switched to digital.My first SLR is a CANNON AE-1 PROGRAMME 1988 and still in perfect working condition and the other one is a NIKON N80. In 2004 I bought a P&S small digital camera,NIKON 4300,and I have fallen in love with digiat since. I shoot with NIKON D70 primarilly and am working to upgrade to a Cannon or a Nikon D200.
